We got started in this business for two reasons – we wanted to have an impact in changing how we power our lives here in sunny Southern California, and we were frustrated by the lack of knowledge – and passion – displayed by our competitors.

Run on Sun® is committed to promoting renewable energy use by providing the highest quality, properly engineered photovoltaic solar power systems. We do this by providing honest communication to our customers, properly engineered systems, quality installations, and ongoing service and maintenance after the sale.

James Jenal
Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Mr. Jenal is a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer™ who holds degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and Law. His technical background at Bell Labs and his legal experience as a trial lawyer at O’Melveny & Myers gives him the ability to distill complicated issues down to their essence; thereby allowing decision makers to fully comprehend all aspects of the matter before them – whether that be assessing the performance of an existing PV system or evaluating competing proposals for adopting a new methodology. Mr. Jenal also has significant experience working with technical experts in a litigation context. |

Bradford Banta
President, Founder
Mr. Banta is a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer™ who holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer Control Systems, and a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University.) Mr. Banta’s extensive experience as a business management consultant to the high-tech industry with KPMG and Deliotte & Touche enables him to understand and analyze the business strategy, financial, and technical issues involved in business decisions. Mr. Banta is also a successful entrepreneur in the consumer products manufacturing and retail space. Mr. Banta is a B-General licensed contractor. |

Velvet Dallesandro
Chief Electrician
Ms. Dallesandro is a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer™ and is a C-10 licensed electrician with more than 25 years of experience in the electrical trades and over a decade of experience in solar power installations dating back to the LA DWP solar carport project in 1999.
Thanks to her unparalleled craftsmanship and meticulous eye for detail, Ms. Dallesandro makes Run on Sun installations superior to those of our competitors. As a co-owner of the business, Ms. Dallesandro insures that the highest level of quality is present in every job we do.
